올로모우츠에는 체코를 대표하는 인문·교육 중심 대학이 자리하고 있으며, 대학과 도시가 긴밀히 연결된 구조를 이루고 있습니다.
이는 예술과 교육이 특정 제도 안에 머무르지 않고, 도시 전체의 문화적 토양으로 확장되는 방식을 이해하는 데 중요한 시사점을 제공합니다.
이를 통해 예술교육 연구, 공간 기반 학습, 미적 경험 연구를 확장하는 계기가 되었습니다.
In July 2025, Prof. Sunah Kim, Dr. Hyeonjeong Lee, and doctoral candidate Eunjoo Yoon from HEAD Lab conducted a cultural exploration in Olomouc, Czech Republic, together with Professor Koichi Kasahara from Tokyo Gakugei University.
Olomouc is home to one of the Czech Republic’s leading centers for humanities and education, where the university and the city are closely interconnected. This structure offers important insights into how art and education extend beyond institutional boundaries and become embedded within the cultural fabric of the city as a whole.
Through this field study, the research team was able to further expand their work in art education research, place-based learning, and studies of aesthetic experience.
