i보다에서는 맞춤형 미술교육의 교실 실현을 위해 예비교사 및 현직교사를 대상으로 한 연수 프로그램을 진행하였습니다.

본 연수는 한국교원대학교와 협력하여 4차시에 걸친 이론 특강 및 실습 중심의 수업으로 구성되었으며, 교사들이 수업 현장에서 학습자의 미술 성향과 특성에 기반한 맞춤형 미술교육을 효과적으로 실행할 수 있도록 하는 과정이었습니다.

교사들은 실제 교실 수업에 활용 가능한 사례를 바탕으로 학습자 개인의 성향을 바탕으로 미술 수업을 하는 교수법을 실습하며, 맞춤형 교수학습 역량을 강화하였습니다.

To realize customized art education in classrooms, iboda conducted training programs for both pre-service and in-service teachers.
This training, developed in collaboration with Korea National University of Education, consisted of four sessions combining theoretical lectures and practice-based instruction. It was designed to help teachers effectively implement customized art education based on learners’ artistic tendencies and individual characteristics in real classroom settings.
Teachers enhanced their personalized teaching competencies by practicing instructional methods using real-life classroom examples, focusing on art lessons tailored to each student’s unique disposition.
